Tell us about your experience with managing legal compliance in the education technology (edtech) sector. How do you navigate through complex edtech regulations?

In my previous role as the General Counsel of an edtech company, I was responsible for managing all legal compliance matters. This included staying up-to-date with the complex edtech regulations by conducting extensive legal research and analysis. I developed a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the collection and use of student data, privacy concerns, student safety, and accessibility requirements.
