Summary of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Counsel to provide legal guidance and support across all aspects of our business operations. The General Counsel will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, compliance issues, intellectual property, and litigation strategy while serving as a key legal advisor to the executive team.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member of the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting.
Strong background in corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
Experience with intellectual property law and managing IP portfolios.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
Responsibilities
Advise the company on a variety of legal issues, including corporate governance, labor law, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and customers.
Oversee the company's intellectual property portfolio, including patent, trademark, and copyright filings.
Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Manage litigation and oversee external legal counsel as needed.
Assist in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives.
Provide legal training to company staff and assist in the development of internal best practices.
