Tell us about a time when you had to provide training and support to educators and trainers on a complex digital learning tool. How did you simplify the training process?

During my previous role as a Digital Learning Specialist at XYZ EdTech, I had the opportunity to provide training and support to educators and trainers on our complex digital learning tool. One particular instance that stands out is when our company introduced a new feature that allowed for personalized learning paths. It was a complex tool and required thorough training for the educators to understand its functionality. To simplify the training process, I created a step-by-step video tutorial that demonstrated how to create and customize learning paths. This video was accessible to educators at any time, allowing them to refer back to it whenever needed. Additionally, I conducted live webinars to walk educators through the tool and answer any questions they had. These webinars were interactive and gave educators a chance to practice using the tool in real-time. Overall, the combination of the video tutorial and live webinars simplified the training process and ensured that educators felt confident in using the digital learning tool.
