Tell us about a time when you had to modify a digital learning program based on learner feedback. How did you ensure that the modifications were effective?

In my previous role as a Digital Learning Specialist, I had the opportunity to modify a digital learning program based on learner feedback. It was a math online course aimed at high school students. After analyzing the feedback, I identified areas where the learners were struggling the most. One common issue was the difficulty level of the practice exercises. To address this, I revamped the course by adding more interactive and challenging practice activities. I also incorporated multimedia elements like videos and animations to enhance engagement. To ensure the effectiveness of the modifications, I conducted a pilot test with a group of students and gathered their feedback. Based on their input, I made further adjustments to the course content and design. As a result, the modified program received positive feedback and improved student performance.

The modifications not only improved the learning experience but also increased student motivation and engagement.
