In my previous role as an Instructional Technologist, I provided training and support to faculty and staff on the use of online learning tools and best practices. One specific example was when I conducted a series of workshops on using the LMS platform Moodle. I worked closely with the faculty to understand their needs and developed customized training materials and resources. During the workshops, I demonstrated how to create and manage online courses, upload content, and engage students using interactive features. I also provided guidance on best practices for designing online learning experiences.
