In a previous role, I worked on a project where I analyzed user engagement data to inform future course development strategies. We had recently launched a new online course and wanted to understand how students were interacting with the content and identify areas for improvement. I used our learning management system (LMS) to track student activity and engagement metrics, such as time spent on each section, completion rates, and participation in discussions and assessments. By analyzing this data, I was able to identify which sections of the course were most engaging and effective, as well as areas where students were struggling or disengaged. This information helped us make data-driven decisions to improve the course content, redesign certain sections, and provide additional resources and support in areas where students needed it most.
