Describe your experience with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.

In my previous role as a Special Education Teacher, I had the opportunity to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. I would assess each student's abilities and create personalized goals and strategies to help them succeed academically. I would collaborate with parents, teachers, and school counselors to ensure the IEPs met the students' needs and promote their educational progress.
