One time, I had a disagreement with a parent regarding the support services their child needed in the classroom. I calmly listened to their concerns and explained the educational plan we had in place. We discussed different strategies and reached a compromise that satisfied both parties. The parent appreciated my willingness to listen and work together to find a solution.
