Describe your experience in training and providing guidance to support staff and educational assistants.

In my previous role, I had the opportunity to train and provide guidance to support staff and educational assistants. I believe that effective training is essential for ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support students with diverse learning needs. I conducted training sessions on various topics, including understanding different disabilities, implementing IEPs, and using adaptive technologies. I also provided ongoing guidance and support to the support staff and educational assistants, offering feedback and addressing any questions or concerns they had. Overall, I worked collaboratively with the team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
