During my academic and industry experience in computational biology, I've had numerous collaborations with both academic and industry partners. In my previous role at XYZ Research Institute, I worked closely with a team of computational biologists and experimental biologists to analyze genomic data sets and develop computational models. I also led a project in collaboration with a pharmaceutical company to develop a machine learning model for predicting drug-target interactions.
