Qualifications

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Proven track record of working with large-scale biological datasets.
Responsibilities
Analyze large-scale biological data sets, including genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data.
Develop and implement computational models and algorithms to predict biological phenomena.
Collaborate with biologists, bioinformaticians, and software engineers to interpret results and provide insights into biological questions.
Contribute to the design and execution of computational biology research projects.
Stay current with latest bioinformatics tools and resources; propose and implement improvements to data analysis pipelines.
Document and communicate research findings to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
