Tell us about a horticultural consulting project you've worked on. What were the key challenges and outcomes?

In a horticultural consulting project I worked on, I was tasked with helping a local community garden improve their plant growth and yields. The key challenge was that they were facing issues with soil quality and pest infestations. To address this, I conducted a thorough analysis of the soil and made recommendations for appropriate fertilizers and soil amendments. I also implemented integrated pest management strategies to control the pests. As a result, the garden saw a significant increase in plant health and productivity, with higher yields and better quality produce.

For a horticultural consulting project, I had the opportunity to work with a commercial flower farm that was struggling with low yields and plant diseases. The key challenge was to identify the underlying causes of the issues and implement effective solutions. To start, I conducted a thorough analysis of the farm's soil, water, and nutrient management practices.
