How do you ensure that your care is patient-centered?

I ensure that my care is patient-centered by actively listening to the needs and concerns of each patient. I take the time to build a rapport with them and establish trust so that they feel comfortable discussing their health issues. I also involve patients in the decision-making process by providing them with information and options, allowing them to make informed choices about their care. Additionally, I prioritize the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of my patients, ensuring that their individual needs are met. By doing so, I can provide personalized care that is focused on the patient's well-being.
