Tell us about your experience working in manufacturing and laboratory environments. What challenges did you face?

In my previous role, I worked in both manufacturing and laboratory environments. One of the challenges I faced was ensuring that all equipment was calibrated accurately and that it was operating within specified standards. This required a lot of attention to detail and accuracy. I also had to diagnose equipment malfunctions and report any discrepancies to senior staff. Additionally, I had to maintain calibration records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. It was important to adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when handling equipment and instruments.

In my previous role, I worked as a Manufacturing Technician in a pharmaceutical company's production facility. I was responsible for calibrating and maintaining various equipment used in the manufacturing process, such as weighing scales, mixers, and temperature controllers. One of the biggest challenges I faced was identifying and resolving calibration issues that affected the accuracy of measurements. This required strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems. I also had to effectively communicate any calibration discrepancies to the quality control team and document the calibration process in detail. To ensure efficient task completion, I developed a system to prioritize calibration tasks based on urgency and importance.
