As a Senior Lean Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining lean manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize product quality. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and lead lean initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role with a focus on lean principles.
Proven track record of implementing successful lean manufacturing initiatives and achieving measurable results.
Experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies, such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and improve manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
Capability to train and mentor others in lean manufacturing practices.
Familiarity with manufacturing software and systems, including ERP and MES.
Professional certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related area is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of lean manufacturing projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize lean tools and principles, such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement to optimize manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Train and mentor team members on lean principles and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas of waste, and develop action plans to address these issues.
Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions to enhance productivity.
Support the design and implementation of new manufacturing lines and processes, ensuring lean methodologies are integrated from the start.
Stay current with the latest lean manufacturing techniques and industry best practices, and incorporate these into the organization's processes where applicable.
Develop and maintain lean documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to lean principles throughout the manufacturing facility.
