How do you approach working with students with disabilities? Can you give an example?

When working with students with disabilities, I approach it with compassion and patience. I believe in creating an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. For example, in my previous role as a Special Education Teacher, I worked with a student with autism. I collaborated with the student's parents, therapists, and other professionals to develop a personalized education plan that addressed their unique needs. I also implemented visual aids and modified assignments to accommodate their learning style. By creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, the student was able to thrive and make significant progress.
