In my previous role, I worked on a project where I had to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a new mobile app. We had team members from product management, engineering, and marketing. To ensure effective communication and alignment, we held regular meetings to discuss project updates, milestones, and any challenges. We also set up a shared document where everyone could contribute and track progress. Additionally, I scheduled weekly catch-up calls with key stakeholders to address any concerns and ensure everyone was on the same page. Through these efforts, we were able to achieve the desired outcome of launching the app on time and meeting user expectations.
