Summary of the Role
The Product Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the design and development of products from concept through to launch. This senior position involves leading a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets the highest standards of usability, functionality, and aesthetics.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design thinking, interaction design, and visual design
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and a strong user empathy
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

Define and implement design strategies and processes to ensure design excellence
