To effectively convey the information, I prepared a visual presentation with simplified graphics and charts to demonstrate the key findings and measurements. I also prepared a concise summary of the report, using layman's terms to explain the significance and implications of the survey data. Additionally, I conducted a Q&A session to address any questions or concerns from the audience. By using visual aids and clear explanations, I successfully communicated the complex surveying information in a way that the non-technical audience could understand.
