In my previous role as a Junior Commercial Broker, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and teams. To effectively communicate with them, I adjusted my language and used simpler terms to explain complex concepts. I also provided visual aids and charts to enhance their understanding. Additionally, I recognized their preferred method of communication, which was via email, and made sure to provide detailed and concise information in written form.
