Tell us about a time when you had to collaborate with a design team to achieve a sustainable design solution.

In my previous role as a Junior Environmental Designer, I collaborated with a design team to achieve a sustainable design solution for a residential community project. The project aimed to minimize environmental impact and create a green and healthy living environment. We started by conducting extensive research on sustainable design principles and analyzing the site's ecological concerns. I actively participated in brainstorming sessions with the design team, sharing my ideas and insights on eco-friendly materials and techniques. Together, we developed a design plan that incorporated features like rainwater harvesting, green roofs, and native plantings. I contributed to the preparation of design presentations and documentation, showcasing the sustainable aspects of our proposal. The collaboration with the design team was smooth and productive, as we all shared a passion for environmentally conscious design. Through this project, I learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and adaptability in achieving sustainable design solutions.
