How have you utilized data analysis and performance metrics to drive quality improvement?

In my previous role as Quality Assurance Manager, I utilized data analysis and performance metrics to drive quality improvement. I regularly collected and analyzed data on product defects, customer complaints, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. By tracking and analyzing these metrics, I was able to identify trends and patterns that helped me develop targeted improvement strategies. For example, I noticed a recurring issue with a specific product component, which led me to work closely with the production team to implement changes in the manufacturing process. As a result, we saw a significant decrease in defects and improved overall product quality.
