What methodologies and tools do you use for project management?

In my project management experience, I have used Agile and Waterfall methodologies. For Agile, I have used Scrum as the framework, with daily stand-up meetings, user stories, and sprint planning and review sessions. This methodology worked well for projects where requirements were likely to change or evolve. For Waterfall, I followed a sequential approach, with clear phases like requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. I also utilize project management tools like Asana and Jira to track tasks, assign resources, and monitor progress. These tools help in visualizing the project status and streamlining communication and collaboration among team members.

In my 3 years as a Project Manager, I have extensively used both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
