Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.
Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development, to align project objectives and timelines.
Prepare and present project proposals, updates, and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively solve problems that may impact project scope, schedule, or budget.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resources, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
