Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
Maintain a detailed understanding of company products/services and educate clients on the most advantageous and applicable offerings.
Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and improve the overall client experience.
Monitor client health metrics and take proactive measures to improve them.
