In my previous role, I had the opportunity to work closely with junior technicians and provide mentorship to them. I would oversee their work, guide them through complex tasks, and offer support whenever needed. I would also share my expertise and knowledge of wind turbine systems and components to help them improve their skills. Communication was key in this role, as I would regularly hold meetings with the team to provide feedback, address any concerns, and discuss best practices. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience being able to contribute to the growth and development of junior technicians.

Throughout my 5+ years of experience as a Senior Wind Turbine Technician, I have actively worked with and mentored junior technicians.
