In my previous role as a Junior Wind Turbine Technician, I had the opportunity to participate in an on-the-job training program that focused on enhancing my technical skills. The program consisted of both classroom training and hands-on experience. In the classroom, we learned about the different components of wind turbines and the maintenance procedures. We also learned about safety protocols and best practices for working at heights. The hands-on experience involved working alongside experienced technicians and performing routine maintenance tasks under their guidance. This program greatly helped me in gaining a deeper understanding of wind turbine technology and developing my mechanical and electrical skills.
