Describe your experience supporting the clinical education of medical students or residents.

I have some experience supporting the clinical education of medical students and residents. During my surgical oncology fellowship, I had the opportunity to mentor and teach medical students and residents. I would guide them through patient consultations, surgical procedures, and post-operative care. I also participated in tumor boards and multidisciplinary team meetings, where I would discuss patient cases and provide educational insights. Additionally, I would share relevant research articles and resources with the students and residents to facilitate their learning. While my experience in this area is limited, I thoroughly enjoyed the teaching aspect and found it rewarding to contribute to the professional development of future doctors.
