Summary of the Role
As a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing advanced therapeutic services to patients with disabilities, injuries, or illnesses to help improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. This role entails creating and implementing treatment plans, evaluating patient progress, and adapting treatments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior therapists and contributing to interdisciplinary team efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive rehabilitation treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Provide hands-on therapy and interventions based on patient needs.
Mentor and supervise junior therapists to ensure high-quality patient care.
Conduct research, engage in continued education, and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment protocols.
Facilitate patient and family education regarding therapy goals and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in accordance with professional standards and facility requirements.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
