What challenges have you faced in crop production management, and how did you overcome them?

When I worked as a Crop Production Manager, one of the challenges I faced was managing pest control. We had an infestation of aphids that threatened the health of our crops. To overcome this, I collaborated with an entomologist and agronomist to develop an integrated pest management plan. We implemented a combination of natural predators, like ladybugs, and organic insecticides to control the aphid population.
