A time when I had to present instructional materials or training to a large audience was when I was working as an instructional designer at my previous company. I was responsible for creating a new onboarding training program for all new hires in the company. Once the program was developed, I had to present it to a group of 100 employees during a company-wide training session. I prepared a detailed presentation using Articulate Storyline, which included interactive quizzes and multimedia elements to engage the audience. I also provided handouts and job aids for the employees to reference later. During the presentation, I explained the learning objectives and walked the audience through the different modules of the training.
