Responsibilities
Supervise and contribute to the design and development of instructional materials.
Manage multiple instructional design projects from concept through delivery.
Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Incorporate multimedia and interactive elements into instructional materials when appropriate.
Provide guidance to instructional design team members.
Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials.
Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
