What is your experience with administering first aid and emergency care?

I have some experience with administering first aid and emergency care. During my nursing program, I completed a course on emergency care and received CPR and First Aid certification. I also had the opportunity to practice first aid techniques in a clinical setting. While I haven't had extensive experience in administering first aid in real-life emergencies, I feel confident in my ability to handle basic medical evaluation and provide initial care to students with health complaints.

I have gained valuable experience in administering first aid and emergency care through my nursing program and clinical rotations. I completed a comprehensive course on emergency care where I learned essential skills such as assessing vital signs, managing wounds, and performing basic life support. During my clinical rotations, I had the opportunity to apply these skills in a supervised setting and respond to various medical emergencies. For example, I assisted in providing immediate care to a student who experienced an asthma attack during a physical education class. I quickly recognized the symptoms, administered appropriate medication, and helped the student until emergency medical services arrived.
