Tell me about your experience conducting in-depth research on policy issues.

In my previous role as a Policy Analyst at a think tank, I conducted in-depth research on various policy issues. I used qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather data and analyze its implications. I then synthesized the complex information into actionable insights for stakeholders and decision-makers. I worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus around policy initiatives. Additionally, I monitored changes in legislation and regulations affecting our policy interests and developed policy briefs and reports to communicate research findings.
