In my previous role as a Senior Policy Researcher, I had the opportunity to mentor and guide junior policy researchers in their research and development endeavors. I provided them with guidance on research methodologies and helped them develop their analytical skills. I also encouraged them to think critically and independently, and provided feedback and support throughout their projects. Additionally, I organized regular check-ins to ensure they were on track and offered assistance whenever they faced challenges. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, I helped them grow professionally and achieve their research goals.
