One time, I collaborated with a team of teachers to organize a cultural exchange event at our school. We all worked together to plan the activities, coordinate with students and their families, and create a schedule for the event. I was responsible for designing and leading a language learning game where students had to guess the meaning of different words from different cultures. It was a fun and interactive way for students to learn about different languages and customs. Throughout the planning process, we communicated regularly through meetings and emails to ensure everything was on track. On the day of the event, we all worked together to set up the venue, manage the activities, and engage with the students and their families. It was a rewarding experience to see the students having a great time and to witness the positive impact of our collaboration.

During my time as a Junior ESL Teacher, I actively collaborated with other teachers and staff members to implement an integrated project-based learning approach in our ESL classes. We held regular team meetings to discuss lesson plans, share resources, and brainstorm creative ways to engage our students.
