I have some experience in designing and facilitating online courses. In my previous role as an Instructional Design Assistant, I collaborated with subject matter experts to develop online courses for employees. I used eLearning authoring tools to create engaging learning materials and organized the content to ensure a smooth learning experience. I also facilitated virtual classes and webinars, using web conferencing tools to interact with learners. While I am still relatively new to this field, I am eager to expand my skills and continue enhancing the virtual learning experience.
