As part of a multidisciplinary team, I have experience collaborating with professionals from various backgrounds, such as social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers. We work together to address the complex needs of families and individuals. To effectively collaborate, I ensure open and clear communication by actively listening to others, sharing relevant information, and seeking input from team members. I also value and respect the expertise of others, considering their viewpoints and suggestions when making decisions. Additionally, I actively participate in team meetings and contribute my ideas and insights. When conflicts arise, I approach them with a problem-solving mindset and collaborate with others to find mutually beneficial solutions.

In my previous role as a Family Support Worker, I worked closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers.
