In my previous role as a Quality Engineer, I regularly collaborated with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Whenever a quality issue arose, I would first gather the necessary data and analyze it to identify the root cause of the problem. Then, I would reach out to the relevant stakeholders, such as the production team, engineering team, and quality control team, to discuss the issue and come up with potential solutions. Once a solution was agreed upon, I would work closely with the teams involved to implement the necessary changes and monitor the results.
