As a Waste Collection Driver, my key responsibilities would include operating waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring strict compliance with traffic laws and regulations. I would collect and transport residential and commercial waste and recyclable materials, carefully following proper procedures to prevent spillage or damage. I would perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any potential issues and report them promptly to the supervisors. Following route and service guidelines provided by management, I would navigate through the assigned areas, maintaining punctuality and adhering to the waste collection schedule.
