Describe your role in managing BIM software tools and coordinating workflows.

In my previous role as a BIM Manager, I was responsible for managing BIM software tools and coordinating workflows. I worked closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM processes into all stages of design and construction. I also led the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols across the organization. I provided technical support and training for BIM software to staff and ensured the interoperability between different BIM software used by various stakeholders. Additionally, I monitored project progress and provided BIM-related performance metrics to assess the consistency and quality of BIM data produced.
