Summary of the Role
The BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager oversees the implementation of BIM technologies and processes, ensuring integration and collaboration among various stakeholders in construction or architecture projects. They are responsible for managing BIM software tools, coordinating workflows, and maintaining standards to improve project outcomes.

Understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Certification in BIM management or relevant software is an advantage.
Responsibilities
