Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' abilities and limitations to devise suitable therapy plans
Implement personalized therapeutic interventions to improve patients' quality of life
Monitor and record patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Provide supervision and guidance to junior occupational therapists and support staff
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care
Advocate for patient needs and accessibility within the community and workplace
Conduct workshops and training sessions to disseminate occupational therapy best practices
Stay updated on current research and integrate evidence-based practices into therapy sessions
Lead quality improvement initiatives within the occupational therapy department
