As a Creative Director at our company, you will oversee the creative process and guide the conceptualization and implementation of visual and interactive content. You will be responsible for crafting innovative and compelling design strategies that align with brand objectives, and lead cross-functional teams in producing engaging and high quality design outputs across various media.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Design, or a related field
Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
Familiarity with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Responsibilities
Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral and promotional campaigns
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
Oversee the creative process from concept to completion
Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly marketing, advertising, and product teams
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
