In my previous role as a Quality Assurance Analyst, I had the opportunity to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. One project that stands out is when I led a cross-functional team to analyze the current quality management system and identify areas for improvement. Based on our findings, we implemented changes to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance documentation and record-keeping. These improvements resulted in a decrease in product defects and an increase in customer satisfaction.
