Once I had this project where we needed to overhaul our data collection for customer feedback. The old system was just a basic form. I suggested using an automated tool that could categorize feedback and also integrate it with our CRM software. It wasn't too complicated; we just set up some categories, connected the tool to our systems, and it worked out pretty well.
