In my previous role as a Sustainability Coordinator, I had to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable initiatives. During the process, conflicts arose regarding the methods and technologies to be used. To handle the conflicts, I organized a meeting where all stakeholders could voice their concerns and opinions. I facilitated open dialogue and encouraged everyone to listen and understand each other's perspectives.
