I recently published a research paper on the impact of social media on mental health among college students. The focus of the study was to explore how excessive social media use affects the well-being of students. My contribution to the research involved collecting and analyzing data from a sample of 500 college students, using various statistical techniques to examine the relationship between social media use and mental health outcomes. I also assisted in writing the methodology and results sections of the paper. The research findings revealed a significant association between excessive social media use and higher levels of anxiety and depression among college students.
