I believe it is important to have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as technical proficiency in research software like SPSS, R, and Python for data analysis. Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks are also crucial in this role. Moreover, I should be able to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly.
