One time, I was working on a project to improve the efficiency of our manufacturing process. We were facing a challenge with a specific part that was causing delays and increasing costs. I decided to think outside of the box and came up with an innovative solution. Instead of redesigning the part completely, which would have taken a lot of time and resources, I suggested modifying the assembly line to accommodate the existing part.
